1. About these terms

The HavPet store is operated by Serenyu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (杭州共遇电子商务有限公司), referred to here as “HavPet”, “we” or “us”. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our shipping policy, returns policy and privacy policy.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and prices

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but screen colors vary and small differences can occur. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include import duties and taxes for the countries we ship to. Product availability and prices may change at any time before you place your order.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We'll email you to confirm we've received it, and a contract is formed when we email you to confirm it has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order — for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or limited stock — and if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, whose terms may also apply. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping and risk

Delivery times and costs are described in our shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our returns policy. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and the UK.

8. Using our products safely

Always supervise your pet with toys and chews, check products regularly for wear, and replace anything that becomes damaged. Choose sizes using the guidance on each product page. Our products and content aren't a substitute for advice from your veterinarian.

9. Reviews and content you share

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it's honest and yours to share, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our website and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Intellectual property

The HavPet name, logo, designs, photography and text on this website belong to us or our licensors. Please don't use them without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

Don't misuse our website — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale or using it for fraudulent purposes.

12. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law — such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by [Governing law and jurisdiction — to be confirmed]. If you're a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
